My brother has been in Peru for the last year. He sent home some video clips that he took as he drove around Lima and from the rooftop of where he was staying. I put some of them together for this. Watching all of his movies individually, I felt like they had a road-trip feel, even though they were of the city streets. Hopefully some of that comes through here.

This is also my first to take advantage of the 2 fiddy limit. Uploading went quickly, but conversion took a while. Don't know that the flash quality is any better. Oh well. Enjoy.

Music: David Gray's "I'm Leaving" from Lost Songs (95-98)

Thanks! You're right. It does. Maybe the heat does something to the buildings... :)

hey! i didn't know your brother lived here? That shot of the McDonalds (0:35) is just down the street from where I live.

Nice video, I could recognize most of it, that does show really how Lima is, although, all the green vegetation is artificially watered, none of that would grow naturally.

Wow! That's cool. My brother is serving a mission for our church right now. He was in Cusco for the last 8 months, but is now back in Lima. He's loving the area.
