Here's some sample footage showing how I incorporate camera support and post processing to get the most out of a non-IS 70-200 canon lens. As much as I want/need a 70-200 F2.8 L II, I have the non-IS version and I plan to make the most of it at the moment.
Equivalent focal length on a full-frame camera = 640mm
