The Brattain House sponsors a youth summer program that provides a full calendar of fun and eventful activities.

On July 16th, 2008 thirteen youth between the ages of 10 and 14 went rafting with Wild Water Adventures, LLC. One youth assistant and two adult group leaders also joined in for some whitewater fun. The group embarked on the company's greatly successful $39 mcKenzie Quickie river tour. Dave Villalobos with the University of Oregon Outdoor Program volunteered his personal time to help this event take place by being one of the river guides.
