I attempted to get some more info on the hardware hackability of the Nokia N95. Can we hack the main power button? Yes. Can we hack the camera LED (not easily). Where's the GPS antenna (below the main keypad). How easy is it to disable the screen (not bad). Does disabling the screen get us significantly more battery life (TBD).
