Hey Nate! I HAVE read really good Manga... If I get something really good, I usually show it to Pete or Justin to review on The Stack. With something that has good things about it (like this does with the character relationships; or Kasumi does with panels and story), but doesn't hit 100%, it's not worth discussing as we'll just end up in a conversation about how Manga is "bad."

Things I've really liked in particular: Monster, Death Note, Iron Wok Jan (first few volumes), Akira, and the first volume of Hikaru No Go.

That's nice to know. i think its awesome that you review manga too, as a fan of both comics and manga(though i have read way more manga because of its availability) i think its awesome that you review manga too. Monster is really good, i think death note is a little overrated, akira is good, but i found Hikaru No Go a little to generic for my tastes.

totally pick up Berserk though, by far one of the best comics I've ever read, up there with Watchmen as my favorite comic of all time.
