Yeah it was good, and almost got washed out myself middle of the video is actually water that almost covered me so I quickly jumped on the rocks.

Cheers, been hanging to use that track for something, and surfing seems to work pretty well with it.

Used Avid. Colour correct is really not that time consuming just practice a bit and you'll get the hang of it, if you can get "Color" added on to FCP from what I hear its brilliant.

I exported as a wmv straight out of Avid. I know a lot of people prefer Quicktime but I find it easier to get to wmv.

No I use the motion plugins that came with the NLE. One other plug that's great if you don't have something like that in your NLE is Twixtor which would give the same results.
