Received a Windows Phone 7 in the mail this afternoon. It said "Developers, Developers, Developers" on the outside of the box. Here's a short walkthrough after I setup the phone for Exchange, Two Gmail Accounts, Google Calendar, Zune, Xbox Live and Zune.

Disclaimer: I work for Microsoft in MSDN, not for Windows Phone. I own 3 iPhones.
