Every evening near sundown, they start to arrive. Greats, Snowies, Cattles, Ibis. Wading birds of all descriptions fly into a corner of the lake. land precariously on a branch, and croak out their territorial intentions to all within earshot. There's lots of action, lots of noise, the occasional drama of a dispute.
