I asked myself if it is possible to create raid volumes on usb floppy drives using linux - so I took 5 usb drives and played with them.
Here are the steps I made in the video:
1.I created a raid 5 volume (5 disks, Raid autodetected partitioning)
2.mdadm built the raid volume
3.I partitioned the 4 mb volume using ext2 filesystem
4.I mouted the drive.
In part 2 you can see more funny scenes.
I'm not finished with my floppy raid experiments yet - I will get some more drives and play with them. Of course I will make a better video for all this later - so stay tuned. ;-)
