I can see the intended effect with this shot. The tornado blends with the background and is far away, making it difficult to see. For that, I commend you, sometimes you need to be discrete, and this simulates news footage. The color grading on the city is also impressive. However, the tornado's tip is a bit too stiff if you look at it closely, and seems to not match the camera move. Overall, I give it 3/5. It was a great run for your first try at 3D live action compositing.
