Gene Hall is a well-respected educational researcher focused on understanding, evaluating and facilitating change processes in organizations. He is the lead architect of the Concerns Based Adoption Model (CBAM), which is a widely respected way for understanding, evaluating, and leading change processes. During his May 2010 plenary presentation at the UTeach Institute Conference in Austin, Dr. Hall focused on critical considerations related to implementing and sustaining current UTeach program replication efforts at universities across the country including personal, performance, and fidelity considerations; the role of leadership; and the power of networks.
