Once a year employee nominated Red Rock Airport Baristas go head-to-head at Melbourne Airport, producing 4 coffees each under pressure.
They are judged on technique, taste and general coffee knowledge, the winner earning an espresso machine for their home, a generous hamper from Gravity Coffee and a $500 Virgin Blue travel voucher.
