last year my mom, a high school teacher, started making a little documentary. she is a gifted resource teacher so she can sort of make up her own curriculum, and at that point in time she really wanted to talk with her students about tolerance and intolerance. with her flip camera, she walked around her school and interviewed her teacher friends. this is my favorite clip from the batch.

i'm not just posting this for shits. i've been meaning to post it forever. this woman's story is so beautiful, so moving, and so uplifting. my mom told me about her experience filming this and i cried, and then i watched this and i cried again. please, please watch! it is a gift.
