Since January 2010, I've considered myself a "runner."

I've had quite a few people ask me for "running advice." I'm not sure what to say to them in 5 minutes when put on the spot -- so I decided to put together this video on the 5 things about running that motivate me to get out there and er ... run!

Running is a lifelong sport that you can do just about anywhere. You don't need fancy equipment. You don't need a gym. You don't even really need a certain time of day. It regulates your sleeping and digestive patterns, it helps you to prioritize your day and give you focus, it creates a long/lean body and yes, it can even help you to lose weight.
