Extensive storyboarding, 3D modeling and animation were required to produce the Rays show open for the 2008 season. The Rays have a new look both on their uniforms and on the field this year, thus required an entirely new graphics package to match.

Interesting note: the "starburst" logo that you see in this animation, as well as on some of the Rays caps/uniforms this year, represents the outline of where their core fan base lives.
