I saw your latest video and came back to watch some older ones. Great little video. It's interesting that you use milk and sugar since I thought that wasn't the done thing. I just got into tea and have gone from milk and sugar in cheap stuff to black, sugarless tea (I like Irish Breakfast and the standard Darjeeling's so far).

You did answer my question about cups/teaspoons though. I have a 14oz cup but see 2-4oz cups advertised. No one advertises how big a "cup" is actually supposed to be when saying 1tsp/cup. Thanks again!

I don't believe there is a "right" and "wrong" way to drink tea. Its all about what you enjoy drinking. I personally like Indian and African black teas with milk and sugar. But i drink Chinese black teas (Keemun, and Yunnan) with out.

I find the difference in taste is substantial between a teabag with milk and sugar and loose leaf tea with them. With a teabag there is just a watery aftertaste. But with "real" tea you get a nice tea taste in addition to the milk.

To further talk about cup sizes. Usually if you see something that says "50 cup" or "100 cup", like a percolator, they are talking about 5 to 6 ounce cups. A "measuring" cup and most mugs are 8oz, and then you have the huge mugs which are 12 to 15oz... then after that you have starbucks!

So i use 1tsp per 6 to 8 ounces of water, but sometimes ill use less, or more... remember after all is said and done its about what you enjoy drinking.
