'Reel 616' was written, directed, edited and produced by Jonathan Phelps. This film is composed of material from six original film and video works created by Jonathan Phelps and his production company Muckraker Productions as well as a coproduction developed with his two brothers Stephen Phelps and Christopher Phelps, with their production company Nice Guys Productions.
