The Decatur Heights Neighborhood Association, with the help of neighbors David Scharf and Natalie Snedden, held an Ice Cream Social at the Church at Decatur Heights [provided by Pastor Alan Smith and the church membership]. There were several flavors of ice cream and a long table of toppings. Entertainment was provided by the talented Moira Nelligan, who is now a neighbor.
