I improved my cam holder a little bit. It's not professionell but now it works for me.

It's simple to build and to attach to the copter. I used:
- foam plastic
- balsa wood ( 1.5 mm thick )
- hook-and-loop tape
- antenna tube
- heat shrink tube
- adhesive tape
- nylon

The nylon and the heat shrink tube catenate the antenna tube. The nylon is also around the balsa wood to secure the content a little bit.

The weight is about 20g.

All anti-shake systems on the cam are switched off and there is also no post-processing! In this way you can see exactly how much vibrations are left.
