Renowned Delhi based builder BPTP's fraudulent means have cause heavy financial and emotional trauma to over 500 families in Sector 57, Gurgaon.

BPTP has overcharged customers by a total of approx INR 93 Crores with each customer being overcharged by approx 13 lakhs to 15 lakhs.

There are several issues like blatant violations of various government laws, excessive Super Area charges, non payment of Late Possession penalty and a general tendency to NOT honor the builder-buyer agreement and Haryana Flat Owner's By-Laws.
