This is some seriously Gotham footage.
Batman meets Blade Runner meets Poltergeist.
I watched full screen.
Looks like it's been created by a Director of Photography and a Production Designer and maybe a CGI team.
All the layers of mist and buildings and lights.

wow. thanks rupert. if you notice me switching round a lot to look at the stairs it was because i felt i was not alone in that stairwell. maybe just a side condition of the storm. scary.
