Filmed using 8mm colour stock in 1963 by a group of friends who were students at Forest Hill School in south-east London, Minos was the brainchild of Roger Bunce (who conceived and scripted the plot) and Keith Patrick (director and cameraman). Amongst the locations chosen were the now long-gone fort at All Hallows, Beckenham Place Park, Blackheath, Forest Hill School and the surrounding area. The film was dedicated to the first headmaster of Forest Hill School, A E Howard, who was probably one of the most progressive and approachable head teachers of his age. All music used is copyright free. Full details about the plot, cast, concept and techniques can be found at: line.david.free.fr/minos.html
