Sarah Cushman founded PortlandGreenStreets.org almost a year ago I saw her downtown and asked her "What's the deal?"
The the archival bicycle footage is from a very weird safety film shot in Los Angeles and has a very familiar VO artist and kids who are monkeys and one by one get picked off due to their failure to be safe cyclists you can find it here;
