A new architectural art exhibit in the heart of downtown Los Angeles taps everyday Angelenos' imaginations for ideas on how to reform public transportation.
Rail LA, which is a joint effort between the Los Angeles chapters of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the American Planning Association (APA), is hosting an exhibit titled "LA Beyond Cars: A Global Perspective on Rail and Public Space."
