Develop both your vertical and horizontal "T" (depth and breadth). Your horizontal T is everything else you have to do to be good at your job. You've got to be able to present, you have to be able to write decks, you have to be able to deal with the business... you can't just be about some fun creative idea. It has to be about the business.
