Unsewed, Puppetmastaz World Tour

This is the presentation of the final project in the Art Direction course of Elisava, Barcelona. Our task was to design a world tour to a music band, to develop the communication strategy and work in all the elements involved with the event. We had Puppetmastaz, a hip hop group of puppets.

The project was guided by the main concept that Puppetmastaz are alive, real and independent. They aren’t controlled by humans, they have their life, personality and history. The project consisted basically in the creation of this atmosphere, proposing strategies that bring a perception of the Puppetmastaz as real creatures, thus evoking a closer relation and identification between the members and the fans. It's a tour in the puppet world and the humans must go there, not the opposite.

Our presentation consisted in three simultaneous events: A live dissection of a puppet that died of overdose, the video presentation with all the images and animation effects that Adobe can't sell and the formal oral explanation of the project's elements.
