Ontario Lawyer speaks about court corruption (Part 1 of 3)
A highly respected and ethical lawyer has spoken to Court Watch on the subject of individuals recording their own court hearings in Ontario as is permitted under the Courts of Justice Act.
This lawyer reports that he has seen too many transcripts altered which in his opinion is highly unethical and illegal. Court Watch has received many complaints from the people of Ontario about abuse by court workers in regards to recording their hearing.
In order to lessen court corruption, it is highly recommended that citizens in Ontario take a recording device with them into court in order to record their own court hearing.
