Luke, your videos are great, but they seem to playback choppy whenever there is a title overlay. This wasn't a bid deal for other videos since the title was only up for the first 15 seconds or so, but now it makes it hard to watch because the rhino graphic is there the whole time. I've noticed this problem on most of your other videos, but it didn't occur in the long nationals highlight which had the palm tree graphic for the whole video.

i too have seen a downgrade in quality with choppy playback with all my videos recently. i know that they have been encoded just fine, so the issue is not on my side but with vimeo's playback and encoding of my videos... i just added the portland invite video and have notice the same thing when the video is left on HD. when the HD is taken off (which i know takes away from the whole point of using Vimeo), the video is smooth and nice...

one suggestion i'm telling people is to download the video from vimeo and then play it back on their computer locally. i hope to have all my videos streaming from my glossarchitecture.net site this fall when i finally figure out what format to encode my videos in...
