This is a practice debate from the 2010 East Debate Institute held at the University of Vermont in the WUDC debating format.
Motion: This House believes that the International Criminal Court should allow for the prosecution of "crimes against the earth."
First Prop: Austin Schwartz, Colgate and Rachel Fabian, Vermont.
First Opp: George Fitzpatrick and Korey Pace, St. John's University.
Second Prop: Tom Dionesotes & Alli Hamlin, Vermont
Second Opp: Isaac Loeb & Paul Gross of Vermont
Bojana Skrt critiqued the debate and gave the win to second prop.
