Our August PPTU outing was to the Yellow Breeches in Boiling Springs, PA for the White Fly Hatch. Eight of us showed up for the outing and fished at the Allenberry section down stream from the dam. There were caddis coming off periodically when we arrived at about 3 PM and good numbers of Hexagenia and then White Flies started around 7:30 and we fished until 8:30.
