This is a test only using the remote control, I used the focus assist before I started the video, this magnifies the image on the screen, I focused first on the wooden bowl, started the video and then went back to auto focus, so it would refocus on the coral, I then went back to manual still using the remote and focused between the bowl and the coral a couple of times, the major problem is that focus assist only works until you start videoing, at lest I couldn't get it to work through the remote after I had started to video.
