This lecture is shorter than usual because we had to vote for a class representative. Candidates had to present arguments in their favour, followed by voting. We also had to deal with other administration. Eventually, we revised the Marginal Social Gain = T(n+1) - T(n), reminding the students of how we find the MSG as the sum of the MPG and the MSE. We then continued with the contents of the slides.
