As clever as this is, there's no expression either in the individual instruments or the piece. I'm all for technology in music if it adds something unique, or something that wasn't there before or allows you to express music in a new way but I'm sorry to say this simply looks like the fruition of a technical challenge.

However, I'm sure there is scope for development in this particular project. At the moment, I think the Eigenharp is more elegant and expressive use of technology in music.

If I was only listening to it, I wouldn't care about the tune; I'd be amazed if it were a tune I loved. Great effort though.

Hello - just so you know I blogged about this video here: edwardcaine.com/technoblog/

Not that complimentary I'm afraid, but only because I'm thinking about the technology involved - thought it best to let you know though...

I really can't stand how it sounds, BUT I can appreciate the concept... good work! I'm sure we'll be seeing more of this pop up.

Very interesting, but I'm not sure wether I like it or not though, the absence of instruments makes me feel like something is missing .... anyway great work.

  • iPad Hero...seriously. Technology is bringing people away from playing real music and instruments.

Beautiful imagery though, I enjoyed the video. You captured as much beauty as possible.
