This is an animation produced for the mental health charity "open up" to help reduce stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health.

The music for this animation was created by Rob hughes, Joseph Marinus and vocals by Aloyse Raptopoulos.

Obviously peoples recovery varies, this is a more positive outlook on a sensitive subject. Looking at how the servises provided by charities such as "mind" can be extreemly benificial to a lot of people, but possibly more importantly the time and understanding of the people surrounding that person diagnosed will go miles to improving this persons quality of life.
