This is our story in response to the proposed National Broadband Plan. We discuss how our network is critical to both the rural market as well as the national market. We acknowledge that these are complicated issues and that we don't have all of the answers. We simply want to tell our story as to how they affect us, our customers, and ultimately the nation. We believe our story is likely to similar to the over 1000 rural telephone companies in the country.
