Step by step:
Save and close Windows Movie Maker if its running.

Download and save the file in
C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX

To start windows movie maker (Traditional)
Start > All Programs > Windows Movie Maker

To start windows movie maker (Shortcut)
Start > Run > Type: moviemk


Reminder:
You will need to restart Windows Movie Maker
to allow the application to grab the changes done
within the Shared/AddOnTFX folder.

Requirement:
You will need to window operating system to
run windows movie maker (freeware).
Windows 98, 200, Vista or XP have this pre-installed.
