Joe, one of the smarty-pants developers working behind the scenes here for Vimeo, also happens to be an incredibly generous pal of mine. He is letting me borrow his beautiful Nikon D90 for my trip to Germany (I'm leaving in 24 hours)!

This is the first time I've ever used a DSLR for video, and it definitely shows. But! I'm excited to get to know the camera better, and I made this little video of my homestead here in New York so that I'll have something to watch when I miss my boys (human: Zach, cat person: Charlie), my bed, and my horrible diet of Ramen noodles.
