2008 Vail Lacrosse Shootout - NorCal v Icon U15s

NorCal is wearing their "away team" navy blue unis for the only time at Vail. Sharp, no?

The score of this game was 8-3 NorCal. This contest had a lower-than-normal assist to goal ratio, with only middies #8 and #9 being credited with successful feeds. Both these middies can draw the slide and hit attackmen filling the opened space.

Attacks had five goals in this game, with #7 getting the hat trick and #10 getting the deuce. Middie #9 scored two goals, giving him a hat trick in points. The remaining goal was scored by the #15 middie.

Especially worth noting is the stout defense shown throughout, with both #5 and #9 producing great takeaway checks, while #23 unloads on an Icon attackman at the 2 minute, 43 second mark of the video.
