amazing short. this made my day. I just came from the cinema and my hope on film-making faded a little more, until I saw this. This is an amazing story. I loved the vibe to it and how every shot was taken. Superb acting. Great short in every single aspect. With only 24 minutes you have beaten every 2 hour film released this week. Good job.

Agree with Angel and Gregory! Great work and fantastic prodction values, beats the pants off most films out there now. Is it rude to ask what the budget was and what you filmed on?

    Wow!

That is one bitchin' short movie. The first few minutes weren't so gripping and I was expecting the worst but the way the story played out really surprised me.

Congratulations on the script, direction and hats off to the DoP, I loved the visuals! What did you guys shoot this with?

Congrats to everyone involved in the project!

The production values on this are astounding. The directing is spot on, as are the subtle details such as the gloves on characters.

The lighting is superb, showing character progression and don't even get me starting on the acting. Probably some of the best acting I've seen in a short film.

This is something I'd pay to see. The script is smart, gripping and addictive. This doesn't just have the potential to be a feature film - it already feels like one.

    Great job!

It's amazing. There's really no other way to describe it. The scenes were beautiful, the story very well executed, and the acting was terrific (I loved that Ernie Hudson and Beau Bridges were in it!). It had my full, undivided attention in the first ten seconds, it was so captivating. It totally felt like a film you'd see in the theaters. I found this very inspiring.

PLEASE tell me you're going to do more...you are a fantastic director and very definitely know how to put together a project. I will be keeping an eye out for any future mentions of projects from you!

Amazing short. Truly enjoyed it! Congrats to all involved. Would be great if you could share some details about the overall production though. Do you have a dedicated website for this film? If not, you should put one up ASAP. Would be cool to know about the overall budget, what it was shot on (Film? RED? DSLR?), how long time was spent on it etc. Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to see what you come up with next! :-)

If you watch the credits through to the end, you'll see that they included the "Panavision Cameras" and "Kodak Motion Picture Film" logos in them, so it's safe to assume it was shot on film.

This is to a degree, what is in the back of my mind when I at the VA Hospital (Trauma PTSD Clinic) for what ever reason I cant help but thinking they are not here to help me rather for their release of liability or even for their protection. Cant say precisely why but I cant help to embrace the need to "protect" myself (surval mode) while I'm there.
