The ocean, with its dominating influence on global climate and its major role as a source of important natural resources and devastating hazards. Within the Cluster of Excellence „Future Ocean”, a network of researchers will investigate past, present and future ocean change.

Characteristic for the Future Ocean exhibition is the integrated use of media technology. Several projections have been installed not only to inform but to support the special atmosphere of being under water.
