Just a little test to show what's possible. This is 100% CG. Id imagine we would would use a combination of real footage composited with CG backgrounds and atmosphere (ie dust, sky, heat waves, etc). This Animation was made with Vue infinite, then composited in shake (to add depth blur, heat distortion, colour grading, and film grain). Audio was done with Soundtrack.
