Flying from KMWC (Timmerman Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) to KOSH (Oshkosh, Wisconsion) for EAA AirVenture 2008.
This was my first trip to Oshkosh. I had shipped up my camping gear a week in advance, and camped under the wing of a Cessna 182 piloted by my good friend Kent. He and Bill flew down from OSH on Friday August 1st to pick me up at Timmerman, after I had flown into Milwaukee the night before on Midwest Airlines.
This video contains the entire RIPON-FISK VFR arrival procedure, culminating in a right downwind to runway 27 with a touchdown on the orange dot. We camped on the north side of runway 27 ("the North 40"). What a great trip!
