All salespeople have to set new goals every year to make their boss or salesmanager happy. The problem is that for most producers and salespeople it's an exercise in futility, fill out the forms, hand them in and no one looks at it for a year until its time to do it again next year.

If you want to get into your producers head, make it real you're going to have to change the way you think about it.
