Good job, the level editor in particular looks quite well-done. I made an editor with my "DHTML Arkanoid" remake way back when, based on the old DOS game and it was fun being able to test/preview levels you were editing, by simply passing the map data with brick types/locations to the game engine.

The animation effects are quite nice, and I like that the sound is hi-fi when the graphics are more 8-bit style. :)

It would be brilliant if you expanded the level editor to support entity/sound/ui editors for those of us who aren't javascript savvy. That way you'd have more or less a complete html5 game maker instead of a level editor for one game, which admittedly is quite awesome.

Great work! Nice insight into the development tools. Looking forward to the release of your engine.

Yeah, awesome game, but wouldn't it be better if you made a control key for disabling/enabling sound, or at least pausing/unpausing the game?
And it would be also better if the test tubes had some purpose in the game. Not just collecting them, but collecting them at least for some score.
Making one more layer for the UI would be also awesome. There you could show how much times has the player been dead, and how much test tubes the player already has collected.
