Control damage, stopping time and motion shadows are the keywords for autumn/winter 10 collection by MTWTFSS WEEKDAY. In a movie created by Andreas Nilsson the inspiration is gathered from the futuristic photographer Maleevich.
Andreas Nilsson is an artist and director and well known for his videos for the Knife, Fever Ray, Goldfrapp, Moby, Röyksopp and Nike among others.
Simon Ohlsson, lead singer of psychedelic rock band Silverbullit, has written the soundtrack.

The MTWTFSS WEEKDAY concept is about the basics of shapes, basics of time and basics of light. The autumn/ winter10 collection develops as a reverse to the spring/ summer10 collection WHITE LIGHT, now working with black light and blockage of light, shadows.
The silhouette is layered in monochrome grayscale and beige, with greens and ultraviolet as highlights in overdyed pieces such as jerseys, flannel shirts and denim. The basic forms are tilted to achieve an asymmetric appearance.
Mixing the 50 ́s teddy boy style with a fluid and organic silhouette creates an androgynous atmosphere for both men ́s and women ́s collection. In addition the extended accessories line contributes with an industrial aesthetic by adding on pieces in chunky silver and bronze.
