Recipe:
Carrots & Beets - shredded or julienned
Fresh Mango - sliced thin
Avocado - sliced thin
Swiss Chard - stem removed
Sprouts
Tahini - homemade preferred

Add ingredients of top of Chard. And roll 'em up!
