Beaches up and down the coast of California are being polluted by waste water, natural run-off and trash. Aside from wreaking havoc on the ecosystem this pollution is causing infections and illness in swimmers and surfers who enjoy this beautiful resource daily. It is the surfers' unique connection with the ocean that allows them to understand the gravity of this pollution situation and the importants of keeping our beaches clean. This short documentary follows the story of pollution at two world class surf spots in Southern California, Rincon Point in Carpinteria and Surfrider Beach in Malibu.
