At the 2010 Helen Woodward Surf Dog competition, with 2 minutes left to go, Abbie's board collided with another dog. Stanley jumped off and as he did, Abbie's board started to go under, so she jumped over to Stanley's board and rode the rest of the way to the beach. The crowd erupted at one of the most dramatic rides in dog surfing history! Abbie is the top medaled surfing dog in the world, and has appeared in movies, TV and press all over the world for her athletic skill.
