Jeremy Colvin is a practicing Christian. At an early age, Jeremy had the vision to fully understand Christ's words, "Whatever you do to another, you do unto me." Jeremy took these words to heart, and believes that if he serves another, he is serving the Lord. It is with this conviction that he left a comfortable life in America for Fimpulu, a remote malaria-infested village near Mansa, Zambia, in Central Africa, whose people are desperately in need of any help that he cares to offer. Like David Livingstone, Jeremy chose a remote section of Zambia to serve because he felt that he should go where others would not care to go, due to the lack of modern comforts. He wanted to go where he was most needed, and where he could best serve. Jeremy invites Christians everywhere, who want to experience Christ's love flowing through them, to serve their fellow man. You dont have to come to Africa and be a missionary he says, just find someone to help, and offer your selfless, loving service to them. In so doing, you will be serving Christ our Loving Lord.
