Fight Gone Bad (FGB) 5 Fundraiser - September 25, 2010
FGB Workout consists of three rounds with one minute rest between rounds. Each round consists of working at each of the five stations below for one minute.

- Sumo Deadlift High Pull: 75# (Reps)
- Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
- Push Press: 75# (Reps)
